Logan came out quickly and saved me a lot of heart ache. Literally ended standing behind another company’s salesman saying he couldn’t find an issue on my almost two year old house and trying to convince me to file an unnecessary claim with my insurance to replace the entire roof. Logan and his company, however, found the source of the issue and insisted I don’t file a claim. Ultimately, this information was able to help me get the issue quickly resolved with the builder. And issue I’m certain would’ve been blown off otherwise, and left me hanging.
