Logan helped us through the process of replacing the roof as first-time homeowners. The prospect was daunting, and he helped us feel comfortable with the process, was knowledgeable and answered all our questions, coordinated with patio contractors to make sure the new roof would be easy for the patio contractors to work with, and was excellent about following up with us. Logan brought a great team that replaced the roof in one day, with durable materials that we are confident will last many years. He took a drone video to show us the result and made sure to walk around the house with me to view the finished work. Of all the roofing companies Aaron was the best communicator by far. He stayed on top of things and followed up with us. He helped us figure out next steps each step of the way. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Logan came out quickly and saved me a lot of heart ache. Literally ended standing behind another company’s salesman saying he couldn’t find an issue on my almost two year old house and trying to convince me to file an unnecessary claim with my insurance to replace the entire roof. Logan and his company, however, found the source of the issue and insisted I don’t file a claim. Ultimately, this information was able to help me get the issue quickly resolved with the builder. And issue I’m certain would’ve been blown off otherwise, and left me hanging.

Great job. Aaron went up on our roof took photos and made us feel safe. He’s a neighbor and is the business owner and is very hands on. He organized the roofing job to be done while we were on vacation. I’d recommend them for sure. He was the friendliest, the easiest to reach, and followed up the best.

Family Friend Roofing and Construction was outstanding in service and support for getting a new roof on my house. Through a long process with the insurance company, Josh Bovino stood by me in navigating the requirements to get the approval. Whenever I had a question, Josh was just a call away. When the project was OK’d, his crew did quick and excellent work making sure all inspection requirements were passed. I found Josh to be an honorable man and easy to work with. I will definitely call Family Friend Roofing for my future roofing projects.

We had Logan Schepper come out to inspect our roof, and he was incredibly honest and professional throughout the process. I am beyond pleased and satisfied with this entire experience. I was expecting, and dreading this process as I am a single, elderly person and I have been in Colorado for surgeries and procedures. Logan Schepper handled EVERYTHING professionally, politely, kept me constantly informed of every detail and process. His coordination with my insurance agent, especially when they ran into unexpected issues with the decking, and handling it without having to worry me or create stress is beyond anything I have experienced…EVER!
